Our process

Every project runs to the same four stages, whatever its size. You deal with the same people throughout.

01 — Consultation

A free site visit and a proper conversation about the brief. We look at the property before we say anything about it. No hidden cost, no obligation.

02 — Design and planning

Full drawing and specification packages, and a fixed price before anyone lifts a tool. We handle planning conditions, building regulations, party wall surveyors and, where a property is listed, the Local Planning Authority and English Heritage.

03 — Build

One project manager throughout, with our own mechanical and electrical coordinators and temporary works structural engineers. Changes are priced before they happen, never after.

04 — Handover and aftercare

Snagging, sign-off and a team that stays reachable afterwards. Certificates, warranties and operating instructions are handed over as a single pack.
