Whole-house programmes managed end to end on a single contract. We often work as design and build, taking a project from concept through to completion with full drawing and specification packages for both the pre-construction and construction stages.
Refurbishments live or die on sequencing. Strip-out, structural work, first fix, plaster, second fix and finishes all have to land in the right order across every trade at once, and one late decision on tiles can hold up four other trades.
Where a property is listed or in a conservation area we deal directly with the Local Planning Authority and, where required, English Heritage — including listed building applications and the record-keeping they ask for.
