Bespoke joinery is what separates a good refurbishment from a decorated one. Panelling, fitted wardrobes, media walls, window seats and alcove shelving all have to be made to the room — in a period house nothing is square, and off-the-shelf carcasses show it immediately.
Staircases are the piece everybody sees and touches. We build cantilevered and open-tread stairs, curved balustrades and frameless glass, with the structural design coordinated alongside the finish rather than after it.
All of it is set out on site before it is made, so reveals, shadow gaps and sightlines line up with the architecture instead of fighting it.
