Whole-house refurbishment with new joinery throughout and the garden elevation reworked.
A whole-house refurbishment, inside and out. The ground floor was reconfigured to open the kitchen into the garden, and a snug added off the hallway for the evenings.
New joinery runs throughout — doors, linings and architraves made to match the originals, and a rebuilt staircase with a painted balustrade. The front door and surround were replaced in the same detail as the existing.
Outside, the rear elevation and garden were rebuilt together so the levels meet properly at the threshold, with new paving and planting to finish.
